How long does the process take?
The length may vary but most people are able to get their sealed envelope within 2 weeks. This depends on whether a patient’s blood test results are good and whether vaccination receipts have been turned in.
How much is the total cost?
The immigration physical is $395. Lab tests are additional and range anywhere between $40 and $225 each. Most people end up paying around $600 to $1000 total for their visit here. We cannot give you an exact cost beforehand, however Doctor Moore will go over the exact blood tests you will need. You will pay for labs at the office and won’t have to pay at the laboratory.
Can I get all my vaccines at your office?
We only offer the Tetanus Vaccine in office. You can get any other vaccines at any other pharmacy or hospital.
Can you mail me my sealed envelope?
We do not mail completed applications.
What are your office hours?
Our office hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 12PM-5PM.
Can I have someone else pick up my envelope?
Yes, you can have someone else pick up your sealed envelope as long as we have their first and last name and they bring their ID.
Do you offer a translator?
We do not have a translator, however one of the receptionists speaks Spanish. She is there Mondays and Wednesdays. If you need a translator from any other language other than Spanish, we suggest to bring someone to translate for you.
Do you take insurance for immigration physicals?
We do not take insurance for the immigration physical process.
